IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Overseas Performing Artists must be at least

21 years of age

AT THE TIME OF CONTRACT SIGNING AND COE APPLICATION
** Signatures of OPAs/Entertaines must be the same in the Passport

Process Cycle Time: 10 working days
All pages must be signed by the Employer,
English Translations must bear the name and signature/hanko of the translator

Notarized Recruitment Agreement, which contains Special Power of Attorney provisions
(*NEW*) Notarized Joint Affidavit and Undertaking in Hiring Filipino Entertainers (OPAs)
Manpower Request with Salary Scale from Japanese Promotion Company addressed to PRA
Job Order with Salary Scale from Performance Venue addressed to Japanese Promotion Company
Model Employment Contract complying with the Minimum Standard Employment provisions of both the Philippines and Japan with the original signature of the Company President/Authorized Representative
List of Employees
Company Registration with English Translation
Copy of valid DMW License/Certificate of Renewal of PRA
Copy of Passport and/or ID of Company President/Authorized Representative
